Russian stamps used in Finland
These with additional 3 kop surchage were issued December 1904 to raise funds for widows and orphans of militar personnel in active duty in the Russo-Japanese war of 1904-05. The stamps were issued by the Imperial Women's Patriotic Association, which also arranged for the printing and distribution of the stamps throughout Russia |
