Russian stamps used in Finland
1905 Russian Charity Stamps - Co-runners

These with additional 3 kop surchage were issued December 1904 to raise funds for widows and orphans of militar personnel in active duty in the Russo-Japanese war of 1904-05. The stamps were issued by the Imperial Women's Patriotic Association, which also arranged for the printing and distribution of the stamps throughout Russia
On 15th of February 1905 The Postal Administration of Finland issued a bulletin (#8178) advising that these stamps were valid from Russia and in Finland.

Very few of these stamps are registered used in Finland
